ALUMINIUM SYSTEMS

Our aluminium solutions are designed to ensure maximum safety and long-term reliability. Thanks to their lightweight yet robust structure, they allow for quick installation and offer high resistance to weather conditions. A versatile material that integrates seamlessly into any context, from industrial roofing to more complex infrastructures.

SDWALK range

The SDWALK range offers modular solutions designed to ensure safe access at height. Walkways, crossover platforms, stair towers, and catwalks easily adapt to any roof or industrial system, providing stability, lightness, and total corrosion resistance. Available pre-assembled or easily installed directly on the roof.

SDRAIL PRO RANGE

SDRAIL PRO railings provide reliable perimeter protection without compromising the building’s aesthetics or functionality. Available for fixing on sheet metal, walls, floors, and also in self-supporting configurations.

SDSTEP RANGE

SDSTEP cage ladders are the ideal solution for safe vertical access and comply with the latest regulations, such as UNI 11962:2024. Made of aluminium, lightweight yet robust, they can be installed on any type of façade thanks to a wide range of mounting brackets.

SDTRACK RANGE

The SDTRACK system is a Type D fall protection rail, designed to enable safe movement, both in restraint and suspension. It is ideal for operations that require continuous anchorage and freedom of movement for operators.

SDFLEX

SDFLEX ladders with vertical lifeline combine functionality and fall protection in a single compact solution. Equipped with an integrated vertical rail, they allow use with a guided fall arrester to maximize safety during ascent.

LIFELINES

Our fall protection systems and lifelines are tested and certified by third-party bodies in accordance with EN 795:2012 and CEN/TS 16415:2013 standards, ensuring reliability on any type of structure, from metal roofs to fully structural anchor systems.

Anchors for Sheet Metal Roofs

SDLAM Type A/C

The SDLAM lifeline is designed for sheet metal roofs and panels. Top fixing is carried out using rivets that have already been tested and certified on supports simulated in the testing field.

SDLAM-AL Type A/C

The SDLAM-AL lifeline is adaptable to various types of panels/sheeting, with different spans up to 25 cm. Top fixing is carried out using rivets that have already been tested and certified on supports simulated in the testing field.

Structural Anchors

Rigid Anchors SD76 Type C Range

The SD76 range is designed for flat or pitched roofs, walls, and ridge installations. It can be installed on steel, wood, or reinforced concrete structures and includes the Wall, Flat, Roof, Vertical, Centro Storico, and Industry lines. Curves, achievable with a curved head, ensure a high degree of design flexibility.

Rigid Anchors SD76 Type A Range

Designed for installation on flat roofs, pitched roofs, or ridges. They can be fixed directly to steel, wood, or reinforced concrete structures. Compatible with the Wall line and the Flat line.

Deformable Anchors SD20DEF Type C/A Range

The SD20DEF system uses deformable and modular supports, available with different base options and suitable also for masonry or less resistant structures. Each support can also be installed individually as a Type A single-point anchor, ensuring versatility and protection even in the most complex environments.
