SDCRANE RANGE
Loading bays
The SDCRANE system is designed to protect operators from falls from height and optimize the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.
The systems, are fully certified according to the technical standards in force EN 795:2012, CEN/TS 16415:2013.
Crane systems can be assembled with a TYPE D rigid fall arrest rail or a with a TYPE A point anchor.
The TYPE D rigid rail system allows the operator to move while remaining always connected to a mobile anchoring trolley that in turn slides along the rail profile. The system can be configured from a minimum of two crane modules onwards, considering a maximum allowable span up to 6 meters.
The TYPE A system assembled with anchor point, instead, allows for an anchorage point at the specific work location.
The individual modules can be self-supporting or fixed to the floor, depending on whether or not holes can be made in the structure. Each self-supporting module is composed of 168 ballast weights 25 kg each, assembled to the crane arm through a special galvanized steel structure and textile straps that encase the ballast weights.
The modules are assembled directly on site, and the connections between the components are all bolted. Using the supplied pins and cotter pins, it is indeed possible to quickly and easily assemble the systems.
The cranes can be adjusted to two heights depending on the holes in the vertical crossbar where the pins are inserted: the lower height is approximately 6 meters, while the higher height is approximately 7.25 meters.
Maximum allowed operators are 2, both for use with TYPE A anchor point and with TYPE D rigid rail.

TYPE A FLOOR FASTENING MODULE
• The entire system is assembled using the provided bolts and ordinary tools.
• Modules with horizontal support mounting require drilling the support and using specific anchors.
Once the layout and type of system installation have been defined, the modules can be positioned accordingly, specifying the tools and components required for the complete installation.
For non-standard configurations, it is necessary to contact the Sicur Delta Technical Office to obtain specific confirmation and authorization.

TYPE D FLOOR FASTENING LOADING BAY
• The entire system is assembled using the provided bolts and ordinary tools.
• Modules with horizontal support mounting require drilling the support and using specific anchors.
Once the layout and type of system installation have been defined, the modules can be positioned accordingly, specifying the tools and components required for the complete installation.
For non-standard configurations, it is necessary to contact the Sicur Delta Technical Office to obtain specific confirmation and authorization.

TYPE A SELF-SUPPORTING MODULE
• The entire system is assembled using the provided bolts and ordinary tools.
• The self-supporting system does not require any drilling of the roof.
Once the layout and type of system installation have been defined, the modules can be positioned accordingly, specifying the tools and components required for the complete installation.
For non-standard configurations, it is necessary to contact the Sicur Delta Technical Office to obtain specific confirmation and authorization.

TYPE D SELF-SUPPORTING LOADING BAY
