SDRAIL PRO RAILING

Railings

The safety railings of the SDRAIL PRO line are made of 6060 T6 aluminium alloy and guarantee a safe working environment, especially in those areas subject to frequent maintenance and checks that present the risk of falling from a height.

The fall protection railings are designed to allow easy and quick installation in spaces subject to the risk of falling from a height, for roofing inclined up to a maximum of 15°. Each bearing element of the railings is made with extruded profiles in light alloy, calculated and certified to ensure the maximum strength/lightness ratio, in accordance with the strength and stiffness values prescribed by current regulations. The material used also allows excellent resistance to atmospheric agents in addition to the ease of transport, due to low weights.

The fall protection railing can be adapted to countless geometries and profiles of the edge of the installation roof, thanks to the use of fixing accessories made by Sicur Delta.

Configurations

STRAIGHT PILLAR

Fixing the bases of the wall pillar on vertical surfaces (internal or external to the edge of the roof) of the load-bearing structures.
It can be installed on roofs with surface filling thicknesses up to 500 mm. The wheelbase will be adapted accordingly, in relation to the different height of the pillar.

Possibility to choose between straight or curved pillar.

CURVED PILLAR

Positioning of the bases of the pillars on horizontal surfaces of load-bearing structures when there is a need or desire not to drill or a temporary installation is required.

RAILS PERPENDICULAR TO THE CORRUGATIONS

Fixing the bases of the pillars with the appropriate plates on the underlying corrugated sheet (both sandwich panel and single sheet) by means of rivets.
There are two types of pillar bases for corrugated sheet metal depending on the direction of the corrugations: perpendicular or parallel to the rails of the railing.Consider minimum thicknesses of the corrugated sheet.
